We're based in Moriarty, right off I-40, and we've been working on diesel and power systems for a combined 18+ years. We started SDH because New Mexico deserved a generator outfit that shows up, fixes it right and puts it in writing.
Technicians first
Most of what we do happens at your site, not behind a counter. Our people have spent years around oilfield diesel, ranch standby units and municipal power, and we bring that to every call, whether it's a 5 kW unit behind a well house or a 1 MW set behind a hospital.
We're a Kohler and Wildcat dealer, an Alliant Power dealer for fuel system and engine parts, and we work on most other makes too. We'll never claim to be the factory for every brand on the market, but we know engines, controls and switches, and we'll tell you when a job is better off with the manufacturer.

Moriarty puts us an hour from Albuquerque and a straight shot to most of the state. Travel is $3 a mile from 87035, billed when the job's done. If you're far out, say so and we'll plan the trip to make it worth both our time.
