Preventative maintenance

A generator that sits is a generator that fails when you need it. We build a maintenance schedule around your run hours and site: oil and filters, fuel system service and polishing, coolant, belts and hoses, battery and charger checks, a look at the controls and transfer switch. You get a written report after every visit.

  • Oil, filter and fuel service
  • Fuel polishing
  • Battery and charger testing
  • Control and transfer switch inspection
  • Scheduled programs
02

On-site repair

Won't start, won't take load, shuts down under load. We come to your site, trace the electrical, fuel or mechanical fault and fix it with quality parts. If a repair really belongs with the factory, we'll tell you so instead of guessing on your dime.

  • Electrical and control faults
  • Fuel delivery and injection
  • Engine and mechanical repair
  • Emergency response
  • Kohler dealer; most other makes serviced

Load bank testing

Starting is not the same as carrying the building. Load bank testing runs the unit at full rated output to verify it performs, burns off wet-stacking on diesels, and gives you documentation for compliance or insurance.

  • Full rated load verification
  • Wet-stacking burn-off
  • Compliance documentation
  • Portable and stationary units

We're an authorized Kohler dealer and an Alliant Power dealer for fuel system and engine parts, and we work on just about every make that comes through the door. We won't pretend to be the factory for every brand, but we know engines, controls and transfer switches, and we'll tell you straight if a job belongs with the manufacturer.
