Most of our Las Cruces work is scheduled maintenance under managed maintenance agreements, plus emergency calls. We build each agreement around the unit's run hours and the site, keep track of when the next visit is due, and leave a written report after every visit. We also handle the same repair calls we see everywhere: generators that won't start, won't carry the load, are throwing fault codes, or aren't transferring when the power goes out.
