By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We try to keep this site accurate, but equipment listings, availability, prices and specifications can change at any time and may contain mistakes. A listing or price on the site is not an offer; nothing is final until we confirm it with you in writing, such as on a quote or invoice.

The text, photos and logo on this site belong to SDH LLC or to the companies that license them to us. Please don't copy them for commercial use without permission. Brand names such as Kohler, Wildcat and Alliant Power belong to their owners.

This site links to and includes outside services, such as forms, chat and our partner HvyPart. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Service work

Labor is billed at $210 an hour for standard service and $285 an hour for emergency, after-hours and holiday work. Technicians are in the field 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM; work before 7 or after 6 is after-hours.

Service calls carry a 2-hour minimum. Travel is $4.00 a mile, measured from wherever the truck starts that day, and mileage is figured when the job is done.

We ask for a one-hour deposit to get you on the schedule, and it comes off your final bill.

Routine maintenance and non-urgent repairs are usually scheduled 2–3 weeks out. An emergency, meaning a unit that's down and can't wait for the next open slot, goes to the front of the schedule and is billed at the emergency rate.

Your quote, work order or invoice sets out the details of your job, including parts, payment terms and any warranty on parts or labor. If something on this page conflicts with your quote or invoice, the quote or invoice controls.

Manufacturer warranties come from the manufacturer. If a repair belongs with the dealer or manufacturer, we'll tell you instead of guessing on your dime.

Text messages (SMS terms)

SDH LLC sends automated text messages about service requests, appointments and job updates to customers who agree to receive them. These are service messages only; we don't send marketing or promotional texts.

By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive automated text messages from SDH LLC at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and we'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy (sdhllcnm.com/privacy) explains how we handle your information.

Disclaimers, law and changes

This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, SDH LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under New Mexico law that can't be waived.
